Departure in Dar es salaam depart at 0800Hours to Mikumi by 4×4, Arrival in the Park after 3 hours depending on the traffic on the highway, lunch at Morongoro Town then drive into Mikumi National Park. Game drive till late in the evening so you can enjoy the wild antics to your heart’s content. Then, you can have dinner and overnight inside the Park. The recommended accommodations are Vuma Hills Tented Camp, Kikoboga Tented Lodges, Foxes Safari Camp and Tan Swiss.
Have breakfast before setting out to Mikumi National Park for a full day. The remote Park is inaccessible which is why is untouched and unspoilt. But worth a trip during dry season as it is the perfect setting to see the wild roaming, strutting, and sauntering in their home. Rest at the recommended accommodations and after a full day of adventures, have dinner and overnight.
After early breakfast, sunrise game drive in Mikumi National Park, Then with picnic lunch game drive till afternoon then drive back to Dar es Salaam arrival around 1700Hours.
